AMERICANISM/CHAPLAIN
Leads club members in prayer and pledges at each meeting. Provides information for the newsletter.

AWARDS/CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES
Tracks club participation for recognition by TFRW and NFRW. Tabulates volunteer hours and submits these to TFRW.

BY LAWS
Ensures that MCRW’s by laws are in compliance with TFRW guidelines. Recommends changes to by laws as needed.

​

CARING FOR AMERICA
Coordinates MCRW charitable contributions and activities.

​

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

E-MAIL AND TELEPHONE
Sends e-mails to members and accepts reservations for club meetings and is in contact with the meeting venue.

FINANCE/WAYS AND MEANS
Oversees MCRW financial record auditing and chairs undraisers.

GET OUT THE VOTE

GREATER HOUSTON COUNCIL
Represents the club at the Greater Houston Council of Federated Republican Women Club meetings.

Creates the club’s scrapbook.

Works with MCRP to reach out to minority groups.

Ensures that meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Orders.

Serves in an advisory capacity to the Board.
